BIRKENDALE FLIP

This townhome was Jeff's first primary residence, which we turned into a rental to start our investing journey.  When we decided that it no longer fit in our portfolio, we did a mini-flip with it; a simple, cosmetic facelift to increase it's value and excel on the market.  We upgraded the kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, and painted top to bottom
